1. Tes IQ: biasanya contoh soal-soal ini dapat mudah didapatkan di toko buku. Tes kecerdasan ini melibatkan serangkaian soal matematika dalam istilah tesnya tes verbal dan non verbal. Angka dan bahasa merupakan bagian dari tes ini. Jika Anda senang dengan teka teki silang dan hitungan secara cepat maka Anda beruntung bisa lulus. Namun tes IQ memang dibuat standar agar bisa dilakukan setiap orang.

2. Tes Kepribadian. Di dalam tes ini Anda akan dihadapkan kepada serangkaian pertanyaan mengenai berbagai dilema dalam pekerjaan, seperti bagaimana menghadapi konflik, bagaimana bekerja sama dan bagaimana solusi jika menghadapi suatu dilema. Dari sini dapat dikaji, seberapa jauh kemampuan Anda bekerja dalam tim dan apakah Anda termasuk orang yang “hangat” dalam pergaulan dan tidak “kaku”.

3. Tes Kemampuan. Anda akan diuji serangkaian tugas di bawah tekanan tinggi, apakah Anda masih bisa melakukannya. Biasanya tes kemampuan ini mengkondisikan Anda dalam suasana penuh tekanan tetapi harus menyelesaikan soal dengan cepat. Bisa bentuknya angka atau permainana kata-kata. Bisa pula berupa grafik dan bentuk-bentuk tiga dimensi.

4. Tes Kreatifitas. Biasanya Anda akan diminta menulis atau menggambarkan sesuatu. Pada salah satu tes Anda diminta melanjutkan gambar dari enam kotak yang sudah ada. Lanjutkan dengan ilustrasi yang baik semaksimal mungkin. Satu lagi tes final biasanya Anda diminta menggambar. Saya sarankan gambarlah orang yang sedang aktif bertindak, misalnya sedang lari sehingga terlihat aktif. Kata psikolog, orang yang seperti itu termasuk dinamis dan kreatif. Itu pendapat psikolog.

5. Salah satu cara lembaga atau perusahaan untuk menguji calon karyawannya adalah dengan mengajukan sejumlah tes psikologi dikenal dengan psikotest. Test ini sangat menentukan masa depan calon karyawan dan secara teoritis untuk mengetahui potensi calon pegawai. Pada umumnya model psikotest ini relatif tidak berubah karena memang dibuat secara standar tidak hanya nasional tetapi juga internasional.

Hari pemilihan pun tiba dan semua orang menunggu hasil dengan tegang, Raden mas Pono unggul satu suara dari Sahroni karena curang menyuap panitia pemilihan... Sahroni terpaksa menerima kekalahannya dengan hati terluka. Dan Rini, harus mau tidak mau menikah dengan Raden mas Pono. Di malam midodareni Rini kabur. Warga undangan-pun heboh termasuk pak Lurah dan Raden mas Pono. Mereka menghakimi Sahroni. Ternyata Rini, punya rencana sendiri. Belum selesai kegembiraan Sahroni dan Rini, HERI dukun kepercayaan Raden mas Pono muncul mengacaukan suasana dengan segala strateginya untuk melegalkan Raden mas Pono....
